Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We signed up for this software because the analytics is very thorough. The sales team stated we could cancel at anytime, making it easy to sign up. Cons We had technically difficulties with getting customers to sign up so never used the contacting customers part of the software (most important part). When cancelling I was required to pay for 2 extra months. Considering that that Alpine IQ got 6 months of payment from us without using the software, I would have thought they would have been more cooperative with our cancellation.
