Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cross-device compatibility, ease of use, ability to customize the app to our exact requirements and extremely fast turn around time at all points in the process. TransForm is fast and it is easy to set up new forms. You can build simple data capture screens or really complex ones - including those with hierarchical data. Photos & videos are easily integrated as well as mapping and signature capture. The built-in programming language makes it a powerful tool which can be customised to create "mini-apps". Can be integrated into existing databases and systems. Support is excellent. The system has superior offline performance and capabilities. When you build out the system using this product, you do not have to worry about offline data collection. Without the pain of creating a custom app. The ability to create forms for field data collection in a matter of minutes is remarkable. We also have customers in the same industry collecting essentially the same data, but the flow of the collection process in the field is different for each company. With Alpha TransForm we can customize each form to fit the needs of the customer in a very short time. Adding new data collection fields is quick and easy. Being able to connect to our MS SqlServer database along with numerous 3rd Party software connections has opened the door to improving while customizing client needs. We have tried other options for doing the same thing, but nothing we found compared to Alpha Transform. Fully disconnected, high quality photographs, customizable, and fast made this product a slam dunk for our business. Plus, when coupled with the power of Alpha Software, there is no limit in the power of the system all the while not requiring advanced programming or coding expertise. But if you have that expertise, then you can go as far as your imagination will take you. Customer support is excellent and responsive. Cons Because the software is SO capable/robust, had a hard time knowing exactly how to build the perfect product. Of course the answer is: the first build is never exactly what you want so you work and tweak until it’s perfect. Each change to our app has made it better and more bullet proof - wonderful experience and attentive coders to help with the process. Like all (powerful) tools, there is a learning curve. User interface builder is different from drag/drop. Once you understand that it uses a different system to create the interface, you can develop fairly quickly. Initially we did have some issues with uploading files with a larger number of photographs (>12). The Alpha team worked through this and made adjustments that has been fully proven in the field by our team.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Kintone is very customizable which means that if somebody in my team asks me if we can do something in Kintone, I am able to say yes almost all of the time. Plus, it's fun to figure out how to most efficiently organize data in Kintone. You are able to create apps which keeps different data separate and organized, for example one app for budgets and another app for meeting notes, but you are also able to connect the data across apps so all of the budget and meeting note data that is in separate apps will link to the same client. Support is precious for system and software company. Their system engineer is so supportive and kind to teach me how to use the app. Reporting is clear to see. Admin and management teams are using Kintone. Every on the same page by using Kintone This is for small and medium size of business. People are taking too long time to manage all unnecessary work everyday, but it can be done less time than now by using Kintone. I love the platform of the Kintone. It is simple and easy to use. Sometimes it is hard to create new function, but customer support is great. Cons Because it is so customizable, sometimes I'll set up a task or table and then realize that it was not the best way to do it. My coworkers have also called it clunky and hard to adapt into their work flow. It is so many features and cannot use it all. Need to take more time to understand what function do we really need. Some workers are not using Kintone as info dashboard. Price might be expensive, if you need so many things to change the operation. Some of the function are unclear to use. I need more easy manual to use the system itself.
