Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very simple issuing of new contracts via workflows - saves me time everything I have something to sign. The library view & filtering of document types makes it easy to summarise current contracts. Documents are easily searchable and it's great to see the ISO 27001 certification. Zapier integration is what we previously requested and it's now there. Best in class repository, with versatile workflow functionality. Lets me perform contract admin tasks super quickly and get back to the rest of my day. Really like the ability to search text across multiple documents and quickly review all search results. It's great having a cloud-based system to ensure that we generate up to date contracts. This is very easy to do with just a few mouse clicks. Aerofiler delivers on both functionality and value. We love working with a company that puts a lot of effort into both customer service and product. The search functionality is the best that I’ve ever used, and Aerofiler grows with us as our requirements evolve. It's great working with a company that continually invests in its products. Cons It would be great if Aerofiler had custom theming options. Autosuggest functionality in the search bar would improve things. Previously, the product was missing some features that we wanted but these have since been implemented. The ability to extract more terms using AI would be great but I understand this is scheduled as part of an upcoming release.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Having all our millions of documents centralized and stored into one single place has kept us more organized and productive as a team across our organization. Its search engine capability has enabled us to gain access to specific documents we need fast and easy. We have access to documents from any device at anytime, which increases flexibility. Furthermore, its seamless integration with other tools we use like Microsoft Word increases our productivity. It stores the latest version of documents, which simplifies our work. It is a great tool with tons of features that helps in document management. Cons We have been able to cut down on costs, paper and managed to transform our company into a paperless office. I have nothing negative to say about it.
