In addition to that I can also add answers in case a customer leaves a question within a review and also be able to send surveys in case of conducting market research. The review generation function helps me a lot to automate the process of receiving a rating from clients which I am providing a service, this has been useful to me because emails or text messages are automatically sent to clients after a transaction has been completed, asking them to rate the experience obtained and to leave a review of what their entire process was like. With this functionality I have been able to exponentially improve the positions received through different platforms, such as social networks, which can have a great impact on potential clients who want to consult my services.
