	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very user friendly. Our company information is synced and it helps us all be on the same page. Great! Excellent app and very helpful. I managed to get more reviews from my clients and it was very helpful for my business. Great ease of use. Just add the contact with phone number and or email address to send them a review. Easy to use system which helps you to automate your reviews mechanism and improve your score. The service level is also amazing (chat and emails). I love that I can upload a CSV file of our customer database and the website will do all of the work for me to email out review requests. Can't get much easier than that! Customer support is always great to work with, also. Cons The pictures appear to be very small after capture Sometimes you need to put things manually in the app to get things done. The customer has to be signed into their google account to complete the review and not everyone has a google account. Nothing as such. Everything is nice and like everything! I have no cons about Get More Reviews. Great interface.
