Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The GUI that shows the entire summary of all the users and their permissions is an excellent way to make the administrator's life easier. - Automated reports functionality is very useful, especially in large companies. Cons - The training and webinars could use more content so that people are aware of even the most corner case features of the tool.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The admin side is easy to use and set up new users. The users sync easily across all the systems. We can set specific groups of computers and users to more easily active new users across multiple systems. SSO is also a great feature. You can also set policies for systems which allows admins to block certain features they don't want accessed. Cons When we first started some of the policy features were not available. Also sometimes adding someone as an admin on their system temporarily, it doesn't work correctly.
