Great! I was searching a long time for such a tool.. It works very well under Linux and Windows (including Win7). It works more stable and is easier to use as PC Helpware which comes from Ultra VNC. I have tested a lot more of these but only PC Helpware has the option of encryption, easy to deploy and easy to use (for the user - the admin will have to try and error a lot and testing..). OK until now because now I have seen what VisitPC can do... :o) PC Helpware is more customizable but VisitPC is working cross ALL PLATFORMS which can handle Java and it is stable and it is very good scriptable! I was searching for a tool which can handle the NAT and Firewall issues everyone has but without a server from a provider in the middle like Teamviewer or LogMein etc.! I don't trust them that they cannot or will not decrypt the session. So my only option until now was to use PC Helpware (which is ugly to use, unstable and not updated a long time). The problem is that I have many users around which have absolutely or less IT knowledge so the remote control has to be easy as possible. To fullfill this last thing I had to write a script to start the control automatically but from now on i use and recommed VisitPC to everyone who has the same requirements as mine.. Last but not least the tool I was searching for has to be easy to deploy and well VisitPC also has an option to install a smaller variant to an USB (or any other device/folder) and act as a standalone tool without installation... The coolest thing ever is that you get all these things for free and as if this is not enough you can handle many connections at the same time in one window. It depends on your internet connection but it works very good and I like it very much ;o) I have to test my starter script a little more but then I will send it to pausten to integrate it as an easy to use startup script for 'dummys'. :o) Very good work and many thanks!
