    Doesn't work under Win10. Blank Window opens without any option, Buttons, etc. No context for opening a file.

    Says there are Linux and OS-X versions - these cannot be found, zip contains only an .EXE no .APP files, last update 2009-03 (March), Abandoned Project or Application ??

    Says it is Linux, OSX, PC, I can only find PC, no OSX files to be seen anywhere.
