Estimate TL estimates for any paired end sequencing data
Adjusts for anneuploidy, commonly seen in cancer samples, without need for ploidy estimates
Filter out interstitial telomeric repeats without bias from previous alignment or mapping
Runs in around an hour for a BAM file of ~100GB
