This application lets STM or AFM images AND molecular models to be overlaid. It is useful to understand how your molecules fit to what you observed and can help interpret your data. What makes this application more useful than paint programs (powerpoint or inkscape) is the fact that the size of the images and of the molecule is fixed, so that you know that you are working in real space.

I developed this application. What can I say. It's great and the best . Modelling molecular geometries from an STM image has never been so easy and quick. Now I have time to cook and play on the computer, as before I would spend hours trying to get molecular models fit in the STM images that I was analysing. This application will surely make nanoscale at a hands reach to everybody, even more than the haptic-stm. Sheldon would love this more than Siri.
