Spike.NET is an irc bot written entirly in c#. A flexible set of systems, such as IRC Connection Management and Database Interaction will be implimented in the core of the bot, with a highly customizeable Plugins system for accessing this core.

Fraid to say it does not build. Maybe I am missing something, but the downloaded solution failes to build with a pile of errors about a missing "log4net" and some errors regarding missing Meebey.SmartIrc4net.dll .
