The Shoutcast Control Panel is a project designed to create and control Shoutcast servers via mysql, php and apache. I have started this project because of the lack of open source control panels with useful functionality.

Very Dissapointed by this there is No Install2.php file which is Required to set the thing up. Even sent emails to the Developers and Nothing. Guess this is a Project that the owner doesn't want others to use.

Can't recommend this as have tried it, but it's missing a file install2.php, so can't test. Have been using SMI for a while now, but may give this a try once this missing file is included.
