Spectroheliograph like Sol'Ex captured SER videos processing with simultaneous extraction and processing of main line image, subtracting image (for Helium), main2 image (for Doppler) and reference image for geometric processing of main image.
Saves resulting images (main and reference) in FITS and XCF formats. Separate delta positions from baseline fitted curve for all lines (main, main2/subtractive and reference).
Correction of inclination and size ratio of images.
Doppler color image creation from adjoining lines (main1/main2).
Transversalium correction. Glare reduction. Opens resulting images on Image16 for further processing.
