SchoolMag is free and open source msexcel vba standard software for management of school. First go to excel option Trust Centre, trust centre setting, macro setting and opt for enable macro, then go to ActiveX setting and opt for enable control without restriction and then click on ok. The facility of uploading photo with student data base is provided in student database form. Search the student database by student name is also provided. Save or keep all the photos of students in the same folder with this software where it is unzipped. SchoolMag1.2A.xlsm contains three main options 1) Data Base And Data Entry 2) Processing 3) Reports And Registers Enable macro setting in excel option. First click on Profile View and Set to set particulars such as name, address, phone no, email id etc of the school. Click on Admission / Registration button to admit new student and modify students basic data. Marks Data Entry Button is used to enter marks of the examination along with exam name, date etc. Prepare Mark Sheet is used to prepare marks sheets of a class, correct class in the numeric form date of exam and date of result to be given. Merit List is used to print merit list of the students of a class in an exam on the basis of a subject or all subjects which is to be selected. Students Register is to print and display a complete register of students of a class with their all fundamental data. Promotion To Next Class is to be used to get promotion to next class of all the eligible student (here 34% marks is fixed as pass marks of all subjects).You have to selct the class then the name of the students will be displayed and then click Submit To Promote To Next Class button. Examination Data is the option to enter data of the examinations, here name,date of exam, date of result, marks of subjects to be enterted. Click on Summary Of Examination button to view the scheduled of examinations of the schools with exam name,date of exam, class, full marks, result date etc. Students Fees is used to collect fees of the students as stated in Subjects worksheets class wise. Different types of fees such as tution,library,magazine,computer, laboratoy, others, donation, concession if any is to be entered here. Click to submit after submission of bill you can click View Bill Button to view current bill but after submit bill. For previous bill click on list of fees records then you will be directed to the bill worksheet. Fees Paid register will display and print fees paid by the students for any class. Fees Due register will display and print fees dues of the students. Input month upto which fees due to be determined in mmyyyy format. After viewing report or output click <=Main Menu to return to MainMenu worksheets. Modifications to be given gradually and added.
