It covers the administrative side a school actually runs on: student and staff records, classes and sections, attendance, examinations and results, fees and accounting.

The less common part is the communications layer. Because it sits on the ICTCore framework, a school can reach parents by voice call, SMS or fax straight from the records it already holds. Attendance alerts, fee reminders and result notifications go out as part of the workflow instead of being exported to another tool.
