A, freely-available software tool for quality control in LC-HRMS based metabolomics studies. The software determines quality related parameters, including mass accuracy, mass precision, detector sensitivity and retention time stability. It makes use of generic data formats and has been designed for the processing of pre-selected metabolic features from various types of QC samples within and across LC-HRMS measurement sequences. The program helps to verify data consistency, measurement precision and stability of large scale biological experiments.

Please setup required software first (install R-2.12.0 and set R_HOME environment variable).
