Osenpa PDF Tools is a free, closed-source Windows toolkit for focused PDF jobs. Merge, split, reorder, rotate and extract pages; convert supported images and PDFs; or reduce file size with best-effort compression. Installed OCR components can add searchable text. Beta Fix Documents corrects photographed pages for separate PDF or PNG output. Add watermarks or visible signature marks, manage known passwords and review supported metadata. It is not a full PDF text editor or certificate-signing tool. Review OCR and corrected pages. Processing stays local; updates and optional component downloads use the network.
