Inspired by the CORBA Component Model, allows to develop applications with components. Different languages are supported, such as Java and PHP, and it is promised they can be mixed within one application one day. The components can even be distributed on different nodes at runtime! On top, the model of your application can be edited graphically in a subset of UML.
