NeonServ is a srvx like ChannelService for IRCu Networks. NeonServ is designed to work without any additional Networkrights like operator state.

NeonServ is build to be very fast and simply extensible
no extra login required (uses the existent network login system)
easy access based userlist for each channel
highly configurable through the set command (currently more than 35 settings)
all srvx/ChanServ commands (and even more own ones)
integrated anti spam service (NeonSpam)
extscript command to call external scripts (to extend the bot without any c knowledge)
