Nap is a terminal-based code snippet manager for creating, organizing, searching, and reusing frequently needed code. It provides both a command-line interface and an interactive text-based user interface. Users can create snippets from files, standard input, web content, or other command output. Saved snippets can be searched, renamed, edited, categorized into folders, assigned languages, copied to the clipboard, or written back to files. The interactive interface provides keyboard-driven controls for managing an entire snippet collection without leaving the terminal. Configuration files and environment variables control storage locations, default languages, themes, and interface appearance.
