I use MyITCRM for every day logging and billing of my work. Due to it being written in PHP and using standards, I have been able to modify the HTML Invoice to be what I want and I use a local PDF printer to print it to my client folders. I have been very pleased with this as it has allowed me to do all my billing without printing one piece of paper. I wish that the ability to use it as a helpdesk / knowledge base (searchable descriptions of the work) were better, but it supplies my basic needs and does it very well. Thanks guys!!!
