Loud Rain is a Japanese-Multilingual (English, French, German, Russian and Dutch) dictionary, using Jim Breens JMdict (a XML UTF-8 dictionary that provides more information than Edict). Loud Rain is written in C# for Windows (.NET) and Linux (Mono) OS.
