This project is about porting libomv from OpenMetaverse.org to Java. Due to differences in C# and Java, this will not be a 1 to 1 port but rather a Java implementation based in large parts on the architecture as done by OpenMetaverse.

Features

  • Support for secondlife and OpenSim implementations
  • Entirely in Java with only few external dependencies
  • Chat, teleport, optional inventory and map functionality

User Reviews

  • Anyone running into the issue with the empty packets directory, please read the readme file carefully. Those classes are generated with the mapgenerator program which is part of the core project.
  • I'm actually a noob in this, but maybe it is possible to compile it for Android 4? Anyway, i'm going to try this ;) If only the 'packets' folder wasn't empty in the source tree *sigh*
