The Judo CARE is a set of programs that help judo referees arbitrate during judo tournament. It is a tool to help make sure the right player gets the win. It is possible for a referee’s single decision to impact the whole match's outcome; further more the player's career. Through this internal improvement we can attract and retain more athletes, coaches, referees, spectators and sponsors to judo.
