User Reviews

  • Great software — easy and quick to configure and get running. I’ve been using it with a customized version of the HTTP server as a key tool for PLC I/O testing, validation, and reporting, and it has become an integral part of my commissioning workflow. That said, I was a bit disappointed to see the HTTP web server removed in the latest version (4.0.2.0). For my use case, it was one of the most valuable features, as it allowed me to easily connect from a tablet or phone directly to the PLC during testing and commissioning. Still, I appreciate the work behind the project and the improvements being made.

Hi Ravenkore, Thank you for your detailed feedback, it’s really valuable. I wasn’t aware that the HTTP web server feature was so important for real-world workflows like PLC testing and commissioning, as I hadn’t received much feedback on it before. Given your use case, it makes a lot of sense to bring this functionality back. I’m planning to reintroduce a refreshed and improved version of the HTTP server in version 4.1, with a focus on making it even more useful and flexible. I appreciate you taking the time to share this, it directly helps shape the direction of the project.
  • Fantastic tool. The charting and simplicity of adding new devices is great. Would recommend that CSV exporting be a little better. The titles should be on the first line header and values should be on the second and beyond.
  • excellent tool, no code? git repo is empty
  • Excelent tool for debugging and monitoring.
  • Great software for testing/querying Modbus devices.
