    Pros: Open architecture.
    Maximum flexibility for customization.
    Support is the absolute best.
    Flexible deployment solutions.

    Cons: I don't really have any cons. The product works exactly how I need it to.

    Overall: I absolutely love OAS. It is an instrumental tool for me to be able to provide custom solutions for my customers. I would also say that one driving factor behind the success of my Open Automation Software implementations would be their unparalleled support. If we need anything to solve a customer's need, they are eager and willing to enhance the software to make it happen.

    Pros: Open automation has the best customer service by far over their competition. They have an excellent product. From real time data to data logging, data retrieval and writing to PLC's. Alarms, Alarm notification, report generation and email capabilities. With the tags and tag properties the options to construct anything with the data is as unlimited as the users abilities and imagination.

    Cons: I have been using this product suite for 15+ years. The software is well maintained. There are continual enhancements and upgrades. The configurations have always been backward compatible when upgrading. Not really a con but staying up to date is good to do.

    Overall: Excellent customer service. The ability to read and write data to PLC's and manipulate it in any way desired is unprecedented. An entire suite of software provides the ability to do anything you need in one software package.
