This software is (was) fantastic - unfortunately the developer has posted on their public site echogent.com that he isn't doing it anymore. The client-side software "instantvnc.exe" is available here/open-source and works. The server-side software "echoserver.exe" which made the application work through any firewall (because both the end-user needing support, and you the tech providing support, were both connecting outbound to the central server and "met" in the middle) still works, but the demo only allows connections for 10min. to license this application see the main website.
