中文语音阅读器，
用中文语音来读出文本中的内容。

zhspeak/zhspeak-data/中的zip压缩包要解压（直接解压到相同目录，因为sourceforge无法批量上传，时里面2000多个文件挨个上传我会疯掉的）之后才可以用，而且系统上要装有mplayer才行。
本程序是调用 mplayer的后台模式来进行语音播放的。
