Version 8.2.5.26.09 RC [2017-2026] - Fully ported library. September 20, 2026.

This project presents a clone 100% of the Borland Turbo C/C++ or Embarcadero C++ library "conio" (https://l1nq.com/tOsMbeb) for the GCC/Clang compiler, more precisely for the C++ language in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems.

Because all functions are defined within the header file itself, the installation is simple. Just place the header file "conio_am.h" (CONsole Input Output Advanced Method) inside the GCC includes directory. Or keep the file "conio_am.h" in the same location where the source programs will be compiled.

    Este es un excelente proyecto, en una de mis clases en la Escuela Politécnica Nacional en Ecuador nos pidieron instalar la librería CONIO en Dev C++ y solo se encontraban formas realmente anticuadas en la web. Gracias a este proyecto puedo usarlo directamente en VS code. Simplemente basta con añadir un Header File #include "conio_am.h" y mantener el archivo ".h" en la misma carpeta donde el archivo ".cpp" será compilado.
