PacketCable (NCS) Patch for Asterisk PBX download

This is a patch for Asterisk PBX that makes it usable as a call agent in PacketCable networks. It adds support of NCS messaging to Asterisk PBX. NCS, in its turn, is supported by the majority of vendors who produce EMTAs.

It is great that this patch is publicly available, but I'm sure that facha is not the original author of it. Go search on the asterisk and asterisk-dev mailing lists for the real author - it is Jason Burton, and that was back in 2006. What a shame!
