App Cleanup Doctor is a free MIT-licensed offline Windows utility by ALMARFELD. Review application-leftover evidence, manually select eligible items, confirm a frozen preview, quarantine and inspect durable history. v1.0.0 supports same-volume filesystem/Startup shortcut quarantine and narrowly eligible transactional Run/RunOnce backup and removal, with conflict-aware Undo. Permanent deletion, expiry and purge are unavailable. Services, tasks, uninstall inventory and arbitrary registry keys are report-only. Heuristic findings do not prove safe removal. Restore may fail due to locks, permissions, conflicts or system changes. Reports contain local paths/software details. Windows 10/11 x64 portable ZIP: extract fully and run AppCleanupDoctor.exe. Separate WebView2 required, never installed automatically. No telemetry, uploads or accounts. The executable is not Authenticode signed.
