Passos:
- execute o exec-app-ajuda.bat para iniciar a aplicação.
Manuseio da ferramenta:
- cadastre primeiro um tema, clicando no botão 'AD'(Adicionar);
- depois que você fizer o passo acima feche a tela de Cadastro de tema,
e selecione um tema;
- o botao de adicionar subtema ira habilitar, agora para adicionar
um subtema, clique em 'AD'(Adicionar)
