this message means that xine has successfully decoded this frame but
couldn't display it at the right time. Reasons for this could be:

- your X11 server is too slow, make sure you use Xv and have MTRR support
  enabled in your kernel (see the xine HOWTO for details)
- you're running other processes in the background
