[xine-devel] zoom patch

Hi,

I made a patch to implement a zoom feature in Xv output.

new key bindings :
'z'/'Z' zoom/unzoom horizontal and vertical (keeping aspect ratio)
'j'/'J' zoom/unzoom hozizontal only
'k'/'K' zoom/unzoom vertical only

That is my first patch...be indulgent please.
