Category: gxine >Group: v0.5.7 >Status: Open Resolution: Works For Me Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Darren Salt (dsalt) >Summary: DVB MRLs may not work without -v Initial Comment: Hi. I just bought a Terratec Cinergy T2. I have a Gentoo box with KDE and kernel 2.6.12-gentoo-r7 and drivers built-in. I created a channels.conf with dvb-utils and i put it in my $HOME/.xine directory. When i start the program from command line i get this error: xine engine failed to start. No input plugin found. Maybe the file does not exist, has wrong permissions or URL syntax error. But when i start the program with the option -v (verbose) it work perfectly. Thank's for your support! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Darren Salt (dsalt) Date: 2006-07-16 16:28 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=294680 Reopening - just got another report of this. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Stefano Sala (smokkino) Date: 2005-08-19 22:16 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1051197 i start it with exact command line, for example: gxine "dvb://C5 DTT" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2005-08-12 19:35 Message: Logged In: NO for more infos write me at st...@sp... tnx ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Darren Salt (dsalt) Date: 2005-08-11 19:18 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=294680 Exact command lines required.
