Category: xine Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Ashitaka (ashitaka) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: xine 1.1.0 fails to play Quicktime HD trailer Initial Comment: I have tried to play the 720p-version of the "Batman Begins" trailer from the Quicktime HD Gallery with xine (ui: 0.99.4, lib: 1.1.0). Xine briefly shows the first frame, then crashes. MPlayer 1.0pre7 plays the file in question without problems (except that my machine is too slow... ;-) Output from xine --bug-report is attached. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Reinhard Tartler (siretart) Date: 2006-02-25 10:28 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=673446 A debian user reported a similar bug, I think. Look here: http://bugs.debian.org/347611. I can reproduce this with xine 1.1.1. I'm using this file for testing: http://images.apple.com/imac/images/imacintro_highband.mov ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2005-08-01 13:57 Message: Logged In: NO I did not see this bug, in my system, i can play trailers from the Quicktime HD Gallery smoothily, xine-ui 0.99.4 and lib 1.1.0 works just fine for me My system is Slackware with the lastest updates from current tree and last version of linux kernel 2.6. Only bug that i see was a strange loss of colors in some frames while playing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Ashitaka (ashitaka) Date: 2005-07-28 13:53 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=62867 forgot to attach file ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=109655&aid=1246755&group_id=9655 |
