Initial Comment:
Using xine-lib 1rc7, repeated opening and closing of
ogg vorbis files causes xine to freeze somewhere in
xine_open().  I've tested with a few different files,
and written a quick test app that illustrates the problem:

Pass it an ogg vorbis file as the first argument.  It
freezes for me during the 76th open attempt every time.
