That's OK - I intend to review the input plugins next. It looks like the ALSA 
and Xorg ones already set CLOEXEC, so they should be OK.

But there's obviously a deeper issue with the file descriptors in xine-lib. A 
brutal solution inside xine-ui won't resolve that.
