[xine-devel] xine-lib vs. xine-lib-1.2

If I have something to add for xine-lib-1.1 (because it doesn't break
anything), should that be added to xine-lib-1.2 as well?

In this particular case I'm talking about an mjpeg decoder written by a
colleague of mine, which is known to not have any patent issues
(compared to ffmpeg) and can thus be delivered with distributions as
well.

I will post the patch here for discussion first.
