My question is: are there some possible tweak that > allows to run only one Xine-UI session, that is, without open a new > Xine-UI instance for each new content? But this... You can run xine using the "--enqueue" option. This means that the stream will get enqueued. If you are using mozilla or firefox (as I remember) they won't allow you to use apps+option when you try to establish the default app you want to associate with a certain file. A workaround is creating a small bash script xine-enqueue. Or trying to figure out a way to run xine always on enqueue mode (which I don't think would suit your needs). The script could be as simple as: #!/bin/sh xine --enqueue $1 which you can paste into a file (like ~/xine-enqueue) make executable (chmod 755 ~/xine-enqueue) and then reconfigure mozilla/firefox. >=20 > Thanks is advance...
