=2D----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi All. While trying to get my DVB-S board running I have added some features to th= e=20 input_dvb plugin. With the attacched patch one can use the following mrl=20 types: =2D - dvb://<channel number>: Just as it was before: the nth chan is loaded from ~/.xine/channels.conf This is a bit ugly: - you just can't remember all your channel numbers :D - you can't build a distributable playlist since the numbers refer to your own channels.conf file. =2D - dvb://<channel name>: The channel name is searched in ~/.xine/channels.conf This is really easier to remember. - you still can't build a distributable playlist but this hack is still useful for testing or for quickly running a preset channel from the commandline. Extended mrls support: =2D - dvbs://<dvbs tuning parameters> The <dvbs tuning parameters> are lines with the same syntax as the lines appearing in channels.conf. dvbs://<channel name>:<frequency>:<polarisation>:... With these mrls one can build and exchange complete playlists without having to distribute an additional channels.conf =2D - dvbt://<dvbt tunning parameters> =2D - dvbc://<dvbc tuning parameters> Same as above but for terrestrial and cable dvb. =2D --=20 Szymon Stefanek =2D -----------------------------------------------------------------------= =2D------ =2D - =2D - Solitary trees, if they grow at all, grow strong. =2D - =2D -----------------------------------------------------------------------= =2D------ =2D----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFAl5X6Ru+qkQYW8QERAoOUAKCk2sPBVOHcvCfp18McQB86BZPXTwCfb2+c 6fJUfSv0ZW2Se8WBvHXCW2E=3D =3D7Kwj =2D----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
