I've been having serious trouble with Xine lately. I do not know exactly what is wrong. With any version of the xine-lib-1-beta, I cannot get gxine or xine-ui to play anything. xine-ui, with any xine-lib beta, locks on startup, and gxine locks once I try to play a file. Xine-ui starts up with: This is xine (X11 gui) - a free video player v0.9.20 (c) 2000-2003 by G. Bartsch and the xine project team. Built with xine library 1.0.0 (1-beta11) Found xine library version: 1.0.0 (1-beta11). XServer Vendor: The XFree86 Project, Inc. Something about dlopen debug is what the backtrace showed. Xine does not take up an insane amount of CPU during this lockup. The clients simply don't respond. Anybody have any thoughts?
