Hello, xine doesn't seems to handle correctly OGM sutitles, I have found 4 problems: * When I enable it, playback become jerky (this doesn't occurs when I use external subtitles with an avi file). * A two line subtitles appears on one line when using OGM container (doesn't occurs with an external subtitle with an avi file). * OGM subtitles doesn't appears at the same time in xine and in mplayer (mplayer tends to display it before xine). Which one display it at the right time? * I can't use external subtitles with ogm movie. That is to say, doing xine movie.ogm#subtitle:mysubtitle.srt doesn't work, it just display one subtitle when seeking and that's all. (Whereas it works perfectly with an avi file). * Please check this: http://xizard.free.fr/movie_with_subtitles_8M.ogm (8MB sample) http://xizard.free.fr/movie_with_subtitles_4M.ogm (4MB sample, doesn't show all problems described above) http://xizard.free.fr/subtitle.srt (external subtitle file) The OGM file contains 2 audio tracks and 1 subtitle track (choose audio stream 1 and subtitle stream 0 in order to see what I describe above) The second problem can be shown with the last subtitle of the 8MB sample. External subtitle file is provided to show last problem I describe. I have used it to generate internal subtitle in OGM file (using ogmmerge). I use xine-lib-1.0beta10 and xine-ui-0.9.20. Thanks, Xavier P.S. sorry to post it again, but now description of my problem is more complete. |
