I have overridden the default -fomit-frame-pointer with 
-fno-omit-frame-pointer. I checked a WMV8 file among others and while 
it crashes without this override, it workes fine with the current CFLAG 
tweaking.

I am crossing fingers that noone will find any additional problem.
