[xine-user] xine error: no MRL(input stream) specified.

Hi

I am using xine-0.9.10, in linux kernal-2.4.18, when i am start 
xine and selecting VCD some times it thowing error :no MRL (Input 
Stream) specified. Any body please help me out?
