[xine-user] Command line only xine

Hi,

Just wondering if there is a command line only way of running xine so that 
you don't need X? Ideally what I want is a single command line such as xine 
-V dxr3 -p dvdnav:// and then to accept all commands from an infrared remote 
using lirc whilst the output is displayed via a dxr3 card. 

At the moment, to watch a DVD, I have to export the DISPLAY to another 
workstation that has X running. I've had a look at toxine but it doesn't seem 
to have lirc support.

I need xine to run on a headless box with a dxr3 decoder running. I'd use 
mplayer, but the dvdnav support isn't there (please correct me if I'm wrong!) 
and I really do want to see the menus! (Not asking much am I?!)
