#52 Provide one solution file for compiling
As it is, WinMerge 2.7.x isn't very easy to compile. There are several sub-projects that need to be compiled in correct order.
To make this easier for people less familiar with WinMerge sources we should provide one solution file they can open to Visual Studio and to "Build All".
However current situation is almost every project has own names for targets so just adding all project to one solution adds lots of different target names which gets very confusing.
So we need first to unify target names in several subprojects. We can either rename targets in existing project files or we can clone existing project files and create new project files for "build all".
I think that is now out of date, as we have create_release.py scrip now.
Well the script is not really a solution. But I think we can just close this item anyway as nobody has been working for this in three years.
