This patch backport some changes from the InnoSetup script to Branch R2_12:

* Drop support for W95, W98, WME and NT4
* Use Microsoft runtime libraries installer

I don't drop the ANSI files (for example "WinMerge.exe") or want we this also?

Greetings,
Tim

    That is very good question. Since we aren't supporting ANSI binaries anymore we can't distribute them either...

    But maybe it would be nice (especially in this old stable branch) to still allow people to build their own installer with old runtimes and with support to older Windows versions. I don't know if it is wort the trouble...

    This info should be updated, but I guess it should be updated to trunk first..

    I uploaded a new version from the patch. The note about the VC runtimes installer is refreshed and it drop the ANSI files from the installer.

    The installer installed the ANSI files really only on Windows 9x/ME/NT4 systems. So if we keep it at the installer, they will never installed and blow up the file size.

    Looks good.

    Good point about ANSI files. Lets remove them from the installer.
