But I have a little bit problems with your files. Can you make sure, that the files are save with the codepage 1250 and not UTF-8!?
At least "Slovenian stable.po" and "Slovenian ShellExtension unstable.po" seems to be UTF-8...

Sorry, for not doing test before. Now I tested "Slovenian stable 1250.po" in "Updated Slovenian translation for stable and unstable 1250.zip" in stable version.
