unfortunately you have change the codepage from the PO file to UTF-8. Since we support at the moment also Windows 98, we can't use UTF-8 in the PO files. Can you change the codepage back to CP1250?

Since we are no longer supporting ansi versions of WinMerge, then maybe we can take another look at using this translation.
